Draft:Home grow

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Home grow is the term for at-home cultivation of cannabis. It is legal alongside commercial cultivation and regulated sales in some U.S. states such as Colorado.[1] The state of Washington has legalized cannabis possession by adults, and sale and industrial cultivation under Initiative 502, but not home grow except for qualified individuals covered by the prior medical cannabis program, and is studying regulatory options for home grow.[2] At least one U.S. jurisdiction, Washington, D.C., allows home grow but not sale of cannabis for adult use.[3]
