Dr. Hemant P. Thacker is an Indian doctor specializing in cardio-metabolic disorders. He hails from Mumbai.

Thacker serves as the Director and Head of Department of Medicine at Bhatia Hospital, and as a Director of medicine at Jaslok Hospital. Additionally, he is a Senior Consultant at Breach Candy Hospital and Reliance H.N Hospital.^[1] He fellowship position with the American College of Physicians and Clinical Endocrinology.^[2]

Publication and awards[edit]

Thacker has numerous publication in indexed journals and has contributed chapters to several textbooks of postgraduate medicine. He was awarded the Giants International award in 2014 for his outstanding contribution to the field of medicine.^[1]^[3]
