Al Khail Street is a spur route of E44 between Al Meydan Street and Financial Center Street. It crosses through Zabeel, Al Jaddaf (alongside E11/Sheikh Rashid Road) and over Business Bay Crossing to the other side of the creek to near Dubai Festival City, alongside Rebat Street, finally ending at Nadd Al Hamar Road in the direction of Rashidiya and Airport Tunnel.
