DURITO (Down Under the Roosevelt Island Tram Overpass) is a neighborhood in Manhattan, located between East 58th Street and East 62nd Street from 3rd Ave to the East River.

A thriving, close-knit community, the neighborhood boasts everything one could need: A Trader Joe’s, an Equinox gym, a Sapphire gentleman’s club, an historic inn and multiple hospitals.
