   Communicating negative news means conveying the negative/bad news to the receiver. It involves some steps for conveying bad news, Basically conveying bad news is very difficult, who convey the message is the sender and who receiving the negative news is the receiver.     It means give the reasons for the why/how that bad news happened.
    
2.3.Bad News
    Reveal the bad news which includes alternative or compensative.
    
    It means by revealing the bad news we have to make sure that the giving alternate or compensate options to yhe receiver.

    closing the conversation with looking-forward and pleasent statements.
