Charlie Wall-Andrews is a distinguished Canadian creative industries leader, impact scholar, and recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women by WXN [1]. She serves as the Executive Director of SOCAN Foundation. Wall-Andrews has over a decade of executive leadership experience in the creative sector and has contributed significantly to education, serving on faculties at the University of Toronto, Northeastern University, and Toronto Metropolitan University. She founded the TD Incubator for Creative Entrepreneurship [2] and the Women in Music Canada Leadership Accelerator program.

In 2022, she was appointed as a Board Director of the Canada Council for the Arts [3], and is Vice-Chair of Music Canada's Advisory Council. Wall-Andrews, also an Associate Composer [4] at the Canadian Music Center, has received several prestigious scholarships and awards, including the Pierre Elliott Trudeau [5] Foundation Scholar and the SSHRC Joseph Armand Bombardier Doctoral Scholarship. Her community-engaged leadership has earned her recognition as a Ariane de Rothschild Legacy Fellow [6].

Wall-Andrews holds MA in ethnomusicology from York University, an MBA from Ivey Business School, and is a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional.
