The 2024 edition will be the debut appearance of the Canada cricket team. They qualified for this tournament by winning the American qualifier. They are among twenty teams competing in the 2024 ICC Men's T20 World Cup.

Marketing[edit]

Toronto Blue Jays hosted the second edition of Cricket Night at the park at Rogers center on May 10th. Canada's captain Saad Bin Zafar got the opportunity of throwing the ceremonial first pitch of the game. Canada unveil brand new kit for their debut T20 World Cup as-well. [3]
