Draft:Beni Mansour

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Beni Mansour is a Kabyle village located at the extreme south of the province of Bejaia in Algeria. It has approximately 3,000 inhabitants who are largely concentrated around the railway station.

Economy[edit]

Built at the intersection of the railway lines from Algiers to Skikda and Algiers to Bejaia, this village, attached to the municipality of Boudjellil, is declining. Indeed, apart from the station, access from the RN5 via the departmental road is the only element that still animates the town. On the border of the Bouira Province, it faces Ath Vouali.

The villagers eagerly await the opening of the interchange allowing access from the Bejaia expressway to the RN5 at the location called Passala, located between Beni Mansour and Taourirt Ath Mansour, to stimulate the development of the region with the industrial zone.
