Biography[edit]
He was born on May 4, 1979 in the city of Uzhhorod Zakarpattia Oblast in a family of employees. Father - Melnychenko Anatoliy - engineer, mother - Melnychenko Maria - doctor (has the honorary title "Honored Doctor of Ukraine"). He graduated from secondary school No.15 in Uzhhorod with a gold medal.

1996 - 2002 - National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Faculty of Sociology, master's degree in administrative management. Honors degree.
2002– 2005 - postgraduate study (National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Faculty of Sociology). He got the degree of Candidate of Philosophical Sciences in 2006, majoring in "Philosophy of Education".
2020-2022 - Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Faculty of International Law, Master of Laws.

Also, during this period, was a member of the "Academic Integrity" subcommittee. 2018 - ongoig - Member of the Commission for the selection of candidates for obtaining state scholarships for outstanding scientists of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. 2018 - 2019 - Member of the Scientific Advisory Council under the Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons.
Organisational skills[edit]
Organization and coordination of educational projects Organizer and member of organizational or program committees of scientific and practical conferences. In particular, he initiated the annual International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Problems of Management". Initiated and carried out a significant update of the university's regulatory framework, which regulates the educational process. Under his coordination, the "Sikorsky" distance learning system was created and is successfully functioning, which became a platform for the implementation of the educational process during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ensures the coordination of informatization of management activities at the university, in particular, he became the coordinator of the introduction of the automated information system "Electronic campus", which became one of the best systems for the administration of the educational process in Ukraine. He is the coordinator of educational projects aimed at increasing the state's defense capability. In particular, with his participation, the educational and professional program "Management in the field of the defenseindustrial complex" was launched, as well as the joint training program with DK "Ukroboronprom" - School of Professional Development of Design Engineers. Organizer of the new educational program "Conflict Resolution and Mediation".
