Poor Delivery Service in Mountain Home, Idaho 83647

We as a comunity on N6E street have been complaining about our service over year. I retired after 26 yrs of honorable service in the United States Air Force. So I have some experience how leadership and management works. Serveral of our comunity people have complained but to no avail. Yersterday we did not receive our mail until 6pm, well after the post office here was closed. I've called and went to the postmaster here and she appeared to be indifferent to our plight and was rude. I complained and got a call from someone named Patti at the Salt Lake City Office and was told if we have any further problems to contact her at 1-801-974-2334 and there is no answer or an answering machine. Our comunity is in the process of creating a petition. This is rediculous. We use to get our mail between 1000-1100 daily. Now it's delivered after 5 pm. I was told by the carrier that this direction came from the Salt Lake City Office in Utah. I find that strange because they don't reside here. Can you help??? At my wits end with this process.
