Added this as a subcategory of Cat:American lawyers[edit]

FYI, I added this as a subcategory of Category:American lawyers because, by definition, all United States Attorneys are also lawyers practicing law in America. So this is a subset of the American lawyers category.Dugwiki 16:46, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

United States Attorneys are not District Attorneys[edit]

United States Attorneys are not District Attorneys. District Attorneys are elected prosecutors who serve definite terms and operate in state courts. United States Attorneys are appointed by the President of the United States, they serve at the pleasure of the president and they operate only in federal courts. In no way are United States Attorneys any subset of District Attorneys. The District Attorneys category is not appropriate for this category, but Category:Prosecutors is. Accordingly I have made that change.
