Why is Saban on former walt disney subsidiaries?, Disney still owns saban, Masked Rider, beetleborgs, digimon, those are all still Disney!
Saban Entertainment and Saban Brands are two completely different companies. Disney bought the Saban Entertainment company (and then eventually dissolved it), not the Saban Brands company. Disney does not ownSaban Brands, which is completely owned by Haim Saban himself, in which Saban Brands owns the Power Rangers brand.
