Inclusion of by-elections before 1965[edit]

Similarly to a point I have raised in related categories (for example see Category talk:Elections in the London Borough of Newham), there is an issue here in that the London Borough of Bromley did not exist until 1965. Prior to then the various constitute parts of the borough were in Kent. Thus I do not think pre-1965 elections should be in this category. I would also note that as well as being in this category some articles are in Category:By-elections to the Parliament of the United Kingdom in Kent constituencies and for instance see 1957 Beckenham by-election. This seems very inconsistent and personally I would say the Kent category is the correct one for any election prior to the legal creation of the borough on 1st April 1965.
