I can think of Classical texts published with facing translations in Swedish (Astrom Editions: Greek, Latin), and in German (Tusculum). More than one Italian publisher does Classical texts together with modern-language texts (BUR Classici, Bompiani "Il pensiero occidentale"). Not that I think any of these is too likely to get an article soon. Other interesting publishing ventures: Chinese/English (Classics of Chinese Thought, Library of Chinese Classics); Reformation Texts (Marquette); BYU's Middle Eastern Texts Initiative. And I hope this category will bring some neat publishing venture to light I hadn't heard of; in particular, surely there are some good series of Medieval texts out there (I did find TEAMS Medieval German Texts, some MRTS titles).
