Should this category (and sub-categories and similar) be spelt with the British English spelling of medallist (two L's), since the category is related to England? "An article on a topic that has strong ties to a particular English-speaking nation uses the appropriate variety of English for that nation" (Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style#National_varieties_of_English).
