Axel Kouame (born 14 October 2003) is an Ivorian professional football player for Finnish Veikkausliiga side Inter Turku.
Club career[edit]
On 11 August 2023, Inter Turku in Finland announced that they had signed with Kouame on a deal until the end of 2024, with an option for an additional year,[1][2] for an undisclosed fee. Kouame moved to Finland from Burkinabé Premier League club Sporting Football des Cascades.[3] Two days later, on 13 August 2023, he debuted with his new club in Veikkausliiga, in a 1–0 away loss against Honka.[4] Kouame scored his first goal for Inter Turku on 27 January 2024, in a Finnish League Cup win over Lahti.[5]
