interdisciplinary science[edit]

Just curious about the statement that neuroscience is currently an interdisciplinary science. Doesn’t this statement not apply to most fields these days? Surely all sciences now rely on computer science and statistics to name just a couple? So is it only a matter of degree, or am I missing something?
