@Rosiestep: Apologies my mouse slipped and I clicked the wrong button. I did, however, mean to revert your edits to the template {{::Template:Meetupsig}}. All of the A+F events will be using it and if you could just bear with while we work out the kinks -- and not customize or change the way it displays and works on the page, that will help us if we can manage to adjust it before your event starts. The template generates user names at the bottom as a sign in, so that's sort of where they need to live or I think it will make the participants list repeat and/or not work.
