Think about this possibility, You attempted to kill the king, and you are told that you will be getting an last wish (Think Prostitute). You get all nice and erect, then they take out the shears. It is entirely possible to force an erectile response by manual or rectal stimulation. The erectile response is involuntary and can be forced on a man. In fact, provided that the man is subdued enough to not physically overpower her, it is possible for a woman to rape a man without the use of accessories by doing this. My thoughts

Perhaps forced administration of aphrodisiacs could cause it to get up. Also consider the fact that certain methods of suspension do cause erection by blood pressure. It is totally possible.
