Mayor of Yinchuan

This article on MOFCOM's website says that Wang Rugui is the mayor of Yinchuan as of April this year. This article has claimed Chen Fang to be mayor since it was written in September 2005. Also, Yinchuan's website makes no mention of "房晨" (the Chinese characters for Chen Fang). Based on English-language sources, I have the following people as mayor around the time this article was first written:

Liu Xuejun: July 2005
Bai Xueshan: August 2005, December 2006

Clearly, this article is inaccurate. The mayorship was the only thing that allowed this article to meet Wikipedia's notability guidelines, so I'm proposing this article for deletion.

This article says he was the Yinchuan mayor in 2004]. This biography doesn't sound like a hoax to me, just inaccurate. 171.64.15.187 (talk) 12:06, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
