CCI check[edit]

Beginning checks per Wikipedia:Contributor copyright investigations/WikiProject Tropical cyclones. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 17:40, 13 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Featured July 2, 2006, last version June 30, 2006. Pre-FAC version June 21, 2006 SandyGeorgia (Talk) 17:58, 13 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Copying within[edit]

Copyvio or close paraphrasing[edit]

  • Pre-FAC version:[1]
  • Current: [2]
  1. “there were no drowning deaths in flooded homes” [3]
    inserted here from here.
  2. “A tropical wave moved off the coast of Africa on May 21, 2001”, needs Pd-notice attribution: [4]
  3. “cool offshore sea surface temperatures” could be attributed: [5]

Summary[edit]

Moneytrees if you could have a look in here, I can wrap up the remaining work needed for this FAR. I can add the copied within templates on both articles,[6][7][8] add Pd-notice to the article as needed, and mark the article done at the CCI,[9] but I am unsure if the amount of duplicate text on the three issues above is sufficient to constitute copyvio or attribution needed.
