Contributing properties

There are 52 contributing and 14 non-contributing buildings within the district.

The McMinnville addressing system changed after preparation of the NRHP nomination form data, and as a result the addresses of listed buildings are no longer identified as in the east part of town, they are in the northeast quadrant. In some cases, the numerical part of the address has changed when a building has been remodeled.

An interesting fact is that the News-Register is not in the News-Register Building at 613 NE 3rd St. They are in the O'Dell Building next door at 611 NE 3rd St., although the nomination form lists the address as 609 NE 3rd St.
