I say we start at the top of the list of articles in need of attention, starting with those on the verge of being "Good Articles". See WP:GACo, and maybe a template along these lines;

WikiProject Alternative music/Strategy is the current WP:ALM Collaboration of the week! Please help to improve this article to the highest of standards.
