Brief comment - please read WP:WIAFA, which are the actual criteria for Featured Articles. There is no way this is even a Good Article, let alone a FA. The lead does not meet WP:LEAD, the article is lacking references needed per WP:V, the three refs it has do not meet WP:CITE, and the prose is nowhere near at a professional level.
