HMS Triton (1796)[edit]

I've listed this article for peer review because this is only the second article I have created, and I am looking for any feedback that might result in improvement to the article or to my editing abilities in general. A fainter hope would be to improve it towards GA status.

Could "action" be replaced by another word in the second para to avoid repeating it?

"being wary of a nearby French fleet" not quite clear if they knew or just suspected a fleet

Is writing "A.M." and "P.M." in capitals some kind of naval convention?

Cost (and maybe some other info in the infobox) is not cited

Suggest you unlink the class in the infobox as unlikely to need a class article as experimental

Not essential but if you wish you could slightly expand the lead, perhaps to set the scene by linking to a general article such as Napoleonic_Wars#War_between_Britain_and_France,_1803–1814

Looks promising for GA - suggest you submit it for GA as soon as you close this peer review as often there is a long wait for review and you can continue to improve it meantime.

If you have time it would be great if you could you write a word or two on Wikipedia:Peer review/Greenhouse gas emissions by Turkey/archive3 Chidgk1 (talk) 15:28, 10 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you! I'll have a look at changing the points you bring up, which all seem fair to me. I'm very busy right now and not really able to edit, but hope to reciprocate when possible! Pickersgill-Cunliffe (talk) 22:13, 12 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
