Gabriella Crespi[edit]

I've listed this article for peer review because… it's my first complete article and I'd really appreciate some opinions about its structure and contents. Any kind of help is welcome! Thanks, Littlemissmarc (talk) 18:45, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Drive-by commentary: I only skimmed the lead and then scrolled down to the bottom to glance at the rest. The lead is fairly promotional in tone. "an expression of unmistakable mastery," "brilliant use of metals and rare natural wood, all assigned to master artisans able to bring her designs to life and offer the highest expression of Italian creativity," "her Milanese home that was her urban retreat anchored to the earth by the artist’s bold creations, ellipses and moons, totems of other civilizations". It all sounds like marketing copy, the kind of thing you'd read in a brochure selling her work. Tone it way down.
  • The "selected articles" section is copied almost verbatim from her own website. Based on Wikipedia:Copyright in lists, I don't think we can safely use this section. I'm going to pull it pre-emptively and ask for guidance at WP:Copyright problems to be sure. ♠PMC(talk) 18:11, 15 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
