• Support - It is public domain, so there are no IP issues. On the garbage sound system built into my notebook computer at work, Dr. King's speech is easily intelligible. "Its encyclopedic and historical value is obviously immense" is no exaggeration. NYCRuss ☎ 17:34, 4 May 2010 (UTC)

•  Question: - I thought the speech is copyrighted by the King's family. The article I Have a Dream states that the speech can be used under fair use only until 2038. Even though University of California released its recording into the Public Domain, the speech itself is not free yet.
