This page simply fell into disarray due to lack of upkeep. It has not been updated for almost 5 years, thus missing significant content. Almost all the links have rotted away, and I count 39 dead links. Which means the page is almost entirely unsourced and would take quite a bit of effort to properly source them again and updated the table. Mattximus (talk) 17:37, 4 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
