Hello. I present to you the list of accolades received by the British drama film, My Week with Marilyn. I created the list when I realised Michelle Williams and Kenneth Branagh were garnering a lot of nominations for their roles. I followed the awards season closely and do not believe I've missed any awards nor I have I left any out due to a lack of sourcing (like The Hours list). This is the first accolades list I've brought here in a while, so do let me know if anything about the format has changed. Some comments from Ruby2010 on lead prose
  • Add year of film to first sentence
    • Done.
  • The screenplay was adapted from Colin Clark's The Prince, The Showgirl and Me and My Week with Marilyn; two diary accounts, which document his time on the set of the 1957 film The Prince and the Showgirl and the time he spent with Marilyn Monroe - the semicolon seems oddly placed here (the second part of the sentence looks fragmented). I might advise a rewrite

  • What does "combined total gross" mean? Total worldwide gross?
    • Changed.
  • In the lead, you might consider linking the specific awards (Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for example)
    • Done.
  • "For her performance as Monroe" seems oddly placed, since her role has already been established
    • Removed.

  • Infobox image caption needs a full stop.
    • Done.
  • It's a British film but box office takings are given in US $, can you convert?
    • Done.
  • "and 25 November in the United Kingdom." perhaps, for engaging prose, "and two days later in..."?
    • Done.
  • I'm not sure that the History of Capri is worth linking to for this article.
    • Unlinked.
  • On my "monitor" I'd prefer to see the date of the ceremony in one line, many of them are split over two lines with the year being shoved forward for no good reason.
    • I'm not sure how to solve this. Will nowraps work?
      • Well, this test edit does the trick for me, but adds a tiny bit of whitespace under the lead. It's simple but if you don't like the effect, feel free to revert it. nowrap probably would also work but it's a bunch more coding, or hardcoding column widths.   • I'm not sure, but I've never seen a "worst..." being part of a list of accolades. Is that the only one? Is it really an accolade or should it just be noted in passing?
    • I think it is an accolade. The Women Film Critics Circle have three "worst" categories among their awards. I didn't want to miss it out as the list would be incomplete. I could remove it from the lead though and mention something else instead?
