This article was recently listed for Peer Review however I've decided to withdraw the review and list here at FAC. All points raised during the peer review were attended to, improving the article references mostly. The article content is up to date with information on all parties concerned and covers the subject in it's entirety. A puzzling crime, with a puzzling story of who's who behind it, I feel this article conveys the message well and is of a standard to be considered for Featured status.
