- Yes the page was considered advertising as by our policy WP:Deletion policy and in considerations to this, it cannot be restored; if at all, there was a chance in restarting, it would be best to weigh what major independent news actually from independent publishing (and not simply announcements or notices) are about the subject; notability cannot be inherited and companies are considered no differently. It's indeed a fact, I'll acknowledge, that few companies will likely have both the convincing substance and notability for acceptance, since there are a lot of criteria factors that can affect the likely chances.
