If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Galexia, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion debate, such as at articles for deletion. Under the specified criteria, where an article has substantially identical content to that of an article deleted after debate, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. RadioFan (talk) 16:20, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

first of all, a small point; when you add a comment to a talk page it is usual to place it at the bottom of the page, where it is easier to find. As to the article, I did in fact not pay attention to the previous history. The article as posted fails music notability policy. It may be that when their album is released, on December 21 according to your text, that will then confer notability. But it has not happened yet.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 22:21, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article as posted was said to hace cleared the music notability policy due to the all-star guest line-up for the debut album released in 2008 via Atlantic / Roadrunner (as cited in the roadrunner records "Blabbermouth" news site articles. I noted the upcoming album on the 21st is going to be Galexia's third and final album under record contract until they decide to change contracts or sign a new one, the future is unknown. Galexia - Galexia was released in retail stores and all major digital distro services, and Galexia - The Maze was also; then Galexia - Galexia was re-released in 2011 with a vinyl edition feat a bonus track as an amazon exclusive (5000 copies all signed). The side project "Galexia feat. Knowledge - The Haze" sold a record amazon hip-hop digital downloads for one week for a debut release (due to both parties fan bases purchasing it, ended up being a very interesting organic hip-hop album as Rock/Pop star Ken Spaziani wrote and performed an entire hip-hop album, and Knowledge rapped in the release; photo of chart positioning at that time can be seen here: - This album was released on Astral Sun Records due to not being part of the Atlantic / Galexia agreement. http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc7/4262_96796194119_1973220_n.jpg (Amazon Chart) The debut album of just Galexia has been out of stock for the past 3 months on Amazon which is very curious as seen here http://www.amazon.com/Galexia/dp/B003TLMSFM/ref=sr_1_1?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1354609362&sr=1-1&keywords=Galexia . The musicians lined up for that album are of award winning back round thus I feel it meets the requirements, especially Wikipedia being my personal source for information on everything, especially musicians. PS: Here is Kenneth Joseph Spaziani's facebook Kissing the debut album. http://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/41003_451354194119_6406780_n.jpg --(Koah Pelletier 08:45, 4 December 2012 (UTC)) ZhugeBlurLiang

File permission problem with File:Kenneth Joseph Spaziani of Galexia March 2012.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Kenneth Joseph Spaziani of Galexia March 2012.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NtheP (talk) 10:33, 2 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Now In Technicolor! requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag.
