Request reason:

Caught by a web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 149.62.205.118. Not an active editor, so not critical. Was trying a typo fix. I am logged into my account, but still see a message titled "This IP address has been blocked from editing Wikipedia" Yuzz (talk) 21:38, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedural decline as your account isn't directly blocked, so you could edit from another IP range. Lifting a rangeblock like this is just not going to happen for one user.
