Tohoku (とほく) earthquake 3rd anniversary

I, on this day, observe and celebrate the third anniversary of the 2011 earthquake off the Pacific coast of Tōhoku (also called the Great East Japan Earthquake) and it's related tsunami and offer condolences to thse who were affected and are still affected alike.
