Koh-i-Noor[edit]

Thanks for your edits to Koh-i-Noor. You made some big changes to the article which seem quite different to what others have written, and I could not find any references or authorities to support what you said about the diamond so I have for now reverted the changes. If you want to make radical changes to an article it is a good idea to discuss them first on the article talk page - you can find this by clicking 'discussion' at the top of the main article page. This will help to ensure that your edits are accepted by others who are interested in the page. If you need any advice or help on how to work the Wikipedia system I'd be very happy to help. I am an admin and this page is protected!

List of administrators[edit]

Please do not add yourself to Wikipedia:List of administrators. Thanks. --JWSchmidt 17:57, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to User:Triple-Quadruple. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. Alphachimp talk 19:51, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. Removing warnings from your talk page is considered vandalism. You will be blocked from editing Wikipedia and your talk page will be protected from editing if you do it again. Alphachimp talk 20:00, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Stop trolling or editiny my user talk! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Yasha I (talkcontribs) .

You do not own your user and talk pages. Please read the policy on this here. Please also read WP:NLT and WP:NPA. If you continue vandalizing Wikipedia you will be blocked from editing. Thanks, Gwernol 20:05, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

We are trying to build an encyclopedia here. Many of your page edits have been disruptive. Please stop causing trouble.

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for vandalism of Wikipedia. If you wish to make useful contributions, you may do so after the block expires.
20:04, 22 July 2006 JWSchmidt blocked "Yasha I (contribs)" with an expiry time of 3 hours (repeated vandalism)

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for vandalism of Wikipedia. Please note that page blanking, addition of random text or spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, and repeated and blatant violation of WP:NPOV are considered vandalism. If you wish to make useful contributions, you may come back after the block expires. Gwernol 20:08, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

--Yasha I 20:46, 22 July 2006 (UTC)Are u willing to block a whole ip just for wiping a talk page?[reply]

The block was not simply for wiping your talk page. You placed a series of malicious and false block notices on other user pages. The autoblock effecting other users is an unfortunate side effect of your malicious vandalism. Effected users can apply to be unblocked, though the block will expire in a short time anyway. Gwernol 20:53, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

User: Alphachimp was editing userpages and user talk. I blocked him to stop editing rampantly. --Yasha I 20:58, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The power to block is granted to Wikipedia Administrators by Bureaucrats after a successful RfA. The message that is posted on a talk page does not actually effect the block, it is just a notice of the block. Alphachimp talk 21:04, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
To back up Alphachimp's wise words. First, you did not block him. Only administrators can block editors. You are not an administrator. Second, none of Alphachimps edits were vandalism so none of them deserved a warning, let alone a block. What you did was vandalism by attempting to imply that Alphachimp was a vandal. Gwernol 21:06, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

When is the ip unblocked?--Yasha I 21:25, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Three hours from 15:04. See here. Alphachimp talk 21:11, 22 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

THIS USER'S PROFILE HAS BEEN USED BY VANDALS UNAUTHORIZED TO USE THE ACCOUNT. PLEASE FORGIVE UNFORTUNATE, UNFORSEEN EVENTS. ACTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN TO PREVENT A REOCCURENCE OF PAST EVENTS. AUTHORIZED USERS HAVE BEEN DIRECTED TO CREATE THEIR OWN USER ACCOUNT.

THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. THIS USER PROFILE WILL NOT BE IN THE HANDS OF VANDALS ANY MORE.--Yasha I 04:38, 23 July 2006 (UTC) SIGNED BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT.[reply]

What should I do?[edit]

About the question you asked on my talk page ("What should I do?"), maybe you should try Uncyclopedia. Really, you are distracting Wikipedia editors from the task of building an encyclopedia. --JWSchmidt 05:01, 23 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

First off, don't spam admin talk pages...it's not going to get you anywhere. You can't post the shared IP message because this is a user account, not a shared ip. Your excuses are entirely baseless...the vandalism was from your account, not just your ip. Just accept that you committed some vandalism and keep going. Make some good edits. People here, at least me, like to assume good faith. If you would like, I can get some suggestions for you on articles that you might like, Yasha. Regards, Alphachimp talk 05:08, 23 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • You can't have the shared IP message here. You're not a shared ip, you're an account. Only IP addresses (e.g. AOL) can have a shared IP warning. Sorry about that. Alphachimp talk 17:42, 23 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Per your comment on my usertalk: Um, no, it's not. It's only a shared ip if it's an ip. Alphachimp talk 17:45, 23 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I did not vandalize...this ip is on a wireless network with a WPK security, the password was compromized, pleas block the vandal and not the ip adress thank you--Yasha I 22:34, 3 August 2006 (UTC)}}[reply]

Clearing an autoblock

Due to the nature of the block applied, we need additional information before we can decide whether to unblock you. It is very likely that you are not personally blocked. If you are prevented from editing, it may be because you are autoblocked or blocked because of your IP address. Without further details, there is nothing further we can do to review or lift your block. Please follow these instructions:

  1. If you have a Wikipedia account, please ensure that you are logged in.
Your account name will be visible in the top right of this page if you are.
If it isn't, try bypassing your web browser's cache.
  2. Try to edit the Sandbox.
If you are able to edit the sandbox, you are not blocked from editing. Either the autoblock on your IP address has already expired, or you weren't blocked in the first place. Either way, you can resume editing.
  3. If you are still blocked, follow the directions below:
    1. Copy the {{unblock-auto|...}} code generated for you under the "Unblock request" section.
    2. Paste the code at the bottom of your user talk page, and click save.
If you cannot edit your own talk page, use the Unblock Ticket Request System to make your request.

Los Alamitos High School[edit]

In response to your message on my talk page.

Also, I'm not the only one who has decided the bands are non-notable, see this edit by user:MrHat1065, plus a couple of more deletions by anon IPs.

As you said on my talk page, "they may be small persons/groups...". Please stop adding non-notable bands to the Los Alamitos High School article. BlankVerse 05:17, 16 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
