Warning[edit]

Would you please stop removing the maintenance templates [1]. Next time I will have to write to administrators. Thank you.--Ymblanter (talk) 15:33, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of Conflict of interest noticeboard discussion[edit]

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard regarding a possible conflict of interest incident in which you may be involved. Thank you.--Ymblanter (talk) 15:41, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove all content from pages without explanation, as you did with this edit to Marianna Yarovskaya. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. WikiPuppies bark dig 15:41, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I would like to remove the article as there are offensive defamatory comments on Wikipedia inside the article that I see. If it is re-created, it should be recreated by the rules set but no defamatory comments are welcome. Thanks.

  • It has been already removed. Please be advised however that Wikipedie is not a free self-promotion site, and that if criticism of the subject of the article is based on reliable sources it has all the rights to be in the article. I provided you with the links to the policies which you have chosen to ignore and remove. I strongly advise you to read the policies before you recreate the article again, because you may very well run again into trouble.--Ymblanter (talk) 16:00, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Who is this? I would like to delete the content i created. There is no vandalizing here. I would like for it to be re-created properly at a later date. Thanks.

October 2012[edit]

This is your last warning. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Marianna Yarovskaya. WikiPuppies bark dig 15:43, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks!! The editing was not favorable - for instance, the critique on An Inconvenient Truth was plain insulting - i.e. the editors (Russian-origin) were finding some unfavorable sources stating that global warming does not exist and is a lie (!) and that Al Gore distorted the facts in his film. I think it was completely irrelevant to the article, and I definitely did not want to go into the discussion of the political aspects on the film in this particular article. I found that the Russian editor of Wikipedia was slanted and prejudiced and decided to get rid of the article alltogether for now to calm that particular editor down. Sorry!

I do agree that the criticism directed at you, especially on the talk page, was a little harsh. However, you are involved with a highly visible film on a very controversial topic, so unfortunately, you are going to get a certain amount of criticism. It doesn't mean that you can't have an article about yourself, but it would probably be best if you didn't write it yourself. As I noted earlier, please see the Article Subject's FAQ before you continue to edit. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 16:30, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding your temporary block[edit]

I had temporarily blocked you from editing to stop your disruptive blanking of your article. However, now that I have looked into the article history, I have deleted the article for you per your blanking of the article. You may recreate it, but please be aware that other people will edit your article. You may not only have your preferred version of the article on Wikipedia. I recommend that you review Wikipedia's Article Subject's FAQ before you continue editing. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 16:03, 29 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Removing maintenance templates[edit]

Please note that IMDB is not a reliable source, and removing the {{fact}} template just on the ground that there is an IMDB link [2] is not acceptable. In addition, you were already reminded that you should refrain from editing this article due to the conflict of interests.--Ymblanter (talk) 17:09, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

November 2012[edit]

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Marianna Yarovskaya, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. As has already been pointed out, IMDb is not a WP:Reliable source for your credit as head of research for the Gore documentary, as it is user-generated. See WP:IMDB. Please do not remove this template again until a reliable source for the claim can be supplied. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 18:32, 16 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
