Images mainly[edit]

Photographs of a school, a chapel, an hall, etc. simply cannot be uploaded as fair use. If you are not able to go out and photograph them yourself or find free images, then do not upload. Free images should be uploaded to the Commons. They should be given informative names - file:the elementary school of this place.jpg was utterly useless as a title. The total absence of references in Tobog is a disgrace.
