Speedy deletion nomination of Convertigo[edit]

A tag has been placed on Convertigo, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with Convertigo. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. Are you a paid editor with a conflict of interest?[edit]
Hello Wulkanman. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.
Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Wulkanman. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Wulkanman|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. No, I am not a paid Editor[edit]
I am a fan of low code technologies and I know Convertigo for a long time and I use it in my company. This technology is one of only open source project dealing with Low Code / No Code concepts. My page keeps on being deleted although I exposed clearly why this page should be kept as it gives valuable information on open source low code technology as an alternative.
- Hi there. You can view the reasons for the deletion at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Convertigo. The subsequent deletions have occurred because you are recreating a page that the community has decided should be deleted. Hello. Your recent edit appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. As is also clearly mentioned on top of the section you edited: "Platforms in this list must be notable with their own sourced Wikipedia article". GermanJoe (talk) 08:13, 25 July 2020 (UTC)
