Speedy deletion of Bren Foster[edit]

A tag has been placed on Bren Foster requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Taekwondo. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.--Caspian blue 17:14, 24 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Problems with upload of File:Bren3WS.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Bren3WS.JPG. You don't seem to have said where the image came from, who created it, or what the copyright status is. We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

Taekwondo[edit]

Why do you insist on continuing to remove images and entire sections from the Taekwondo article with no explanation? Omnedon (talk) 22:00, 25 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of previously published material to our articles as you apparently did to Taekwondo. Please cite a reliable source for all of your information. Thank you. Nate1481 13:14, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Taekwondo, you will be blocked from editing. Nate1481 16:56, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Taekwondo. Nsaa (talk) 17:27, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Removing of images[edit]

Why are you removing the images from the Taekwondo article? Nsaa (talk) 18:15, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Need help?[edit]

Hey, welcome to the project! I took Tae Kwon Do in high school but only made it up to brown belt! Looks like you've been having some trouble? I'm a seasoned Wikipedia user, so if you need any help or advice or anything I'm glad to offer it--just let me know on my talk page. It looks like some folks are having problems with some of your edits, e.g. removing an image. Can you discuss it with them either here or on the talk page of the article? It doesn't work to just keep doing an edit that others undo, because that eventually gets people blocked. I'm happy to help if you want to negotiate something though--I'm sure we can work something out everyone's happy with, most folks around here are pretty reasonable. Peace, delldot ∇. 20:17, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did to Taekwondo, you will be blocked from editing. Nate1481 11:00, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add content without citing reliable sources, as you did to Fight Science. Before making potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Nate1481 14:48, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Considering the nature of the edits you've been making to the Taekwondo article, I question whether or not they are actual vandalism; you seem to have some reason for making the changes you have repeatedly made. However, the problem is that your edits actually remove information from the article (including both pictures and text), and you have never explained your rationale. As delldot points out, it is not the best course is to continue making the same changes over and over when several other editors have made it quite clear that they don't find the edits acceptable. Please discuss your changes on the talk page of the article. Omnedon (talk) 18:33, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Article move, unmove - account block[edit]

Moving the article name without any discussion on the article talk page, given your earlier edits etc, indicates that you are not editing in a manner which is compatible with Wikipedia community policies.

As you're doing repeated disruptive editing on the article, I am going to block your editing for a short (24 hour) time. Please discuss changes on the article's talk page Talk:Taekwondo in the future. Moves and major changes should be announced ahead of time and discussed, not just done. I believe you mean well, but you have to stop doing this stuff, it's not helpful at the moment. Hopefully you can change to discussing issues and changes appropriately and working with the rest of the Wikipedia community, and contributing in a positive way to the encyclopedia. Thank you. Georgewilliamherbert (talk) 22:31, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for repeated abuse of editing privileges. You are welcome to make useful contributions after the block expires. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

Taekwondo in a better way[edit]

Look all of you I'm sorry if I did the edits without asking all of you but the way you show taekwondo is not the true please let me edit to make as best as possible not that it's not good but I know if you let i will make into what Taekwondo really is.I have a 3rd dan black belt in taekwondo and speak korean fluently.

Earlier you said you were a 2nd Dan. In any case, what is it that you feel is inaccurate in the article? How does this relate to removing images that are clearly related directly to Taekwondo, or to moving a paragraph about pressure points to a different location in the article without altering the paragraph? Omnedon (talk) 14:24, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Taekwondo[edit]

Look the way taekwondo is in the enclopedia is not the real nor correct one I have a site which gives nothing but correct information about taekwondo.I wish you could feel the same way please let me do it the correct way.PLEASEEEE

Once again, what specifically is it that you think is incorrect in the article? Omnedon (talk) 15:30, 29 January 2009 (UT

You forgot to include the parenthood of taekwondo. And you wrote that it focuses on striking(Kicking) it was better when it was just Striking because that is what taekwondo really is and the fact that the picture you put in the begining is useless it would be better if tooken of.Now Please let me make it a good article. So will you let me the choice is yours.I'm sure you'll make the right one.

As you will see, there is a comment in the "parenthood" section to see the talk page. Many editors have been involved in working on this article for years, and there has been an ongoing disagreement about the origins of Taekwondo, so for the time being it is simply being omitted from the infobox and is described in detail in the article text. Kicking is a subset of striking, but since Taekwondo is more focused on kicking than on any other type of strike, it seems reasonable to mention kicking prominently. As for the picture being "useless", that's subjective and is your opinion; I don't agree. What do you think is wrong with it? Omnedon (talk) 16:55, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You know nothing about taekwondo

Well, this is yet another indication of your inability or unwillingness to follow Wikipedia protocols. Please abide by the talk page guidelines, which includes no personal attacks. If you continue in your current vein, I predict that at some point you'll run into more trouble and will be blocked for much more than 24 hours, or banned altogether. Oh, and please sign your comments by putting four tilde characters at the ends of your messages. Omnedon (talk) 20:39, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
