A tag has been placed on Point Load Pictures Inc., requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia for multiple reasons. Please see the page to see the reasons. If the page has since been deleted, you can ask me the reasons by leaving a message on my user talk page.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Creating good and notable articles.[edit]

Hi there. Yes, I can give you some pointers in the right direction to writing a good and notable article. Your first port of call will be WP:FIRST - this page will teach you about writing your first article, what Wikipedia is for or not for (WP:NOT), what you need to include and exclude and how to write it (WP:MoS). You said on my talk page that the company you wrote about was recently announced and because of that I must let you know that Wikipedia is not a newspaper. To be notable, an article needs at least one link to a reliable third-party source. Here's a list of places that you shouldn't claim as sources:

  1. Other Wikipedia articles
  2. First-party sources (for example, an article about a company should not cite that company's own website as a source)
  3. Original research (for example, unverified claims about an entity that you found out first-hand or made up)

There are more, but these can be found at the relevant links above.

You might want to consider using the article wizard to help you create your first article.

If you require even more help, don't hesitate to ask again but please make yourself familiar with the articles I have linked to above.

I hope this helps, regards Osarius : T : C : Been CSD'd? 21:06, 2 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

December 2011[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. Osarius : T : C : Been CSD'd? 21:34, 2 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
