recent edit[edit]

Hello,

This is regarding a recent edit I made in the article Steven Milloy that you reverted. The edits I made were minor & I reconstructed the article in order to properly guide Wikipedia readers as the person has promoted scientifically inaccurate claims, by dismissing credible scientific facts as "junk science".

My edit was to make the article clear & accurate as you stated. I didn't change any information only made minor edits as to properly guide Wikipedia editors. So please consider restoring my edit.

Thank you.2409:4042:4E99:9CB2:C5:6BAA:3C44:E250 (talk) 13:43, 5 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@2409:4042:4E99:9CB2:C5:6BAA:3C44:E250: You are correct, the changes you made are true for so far as I can see and as I'm not sure if WP:NPOV applies here I've restored it. WesGeek (talk) 15:38, 5 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

BNSF Police[edit]

Hi, you reverted my edit about the officers killed in the line of duty "Since the establishment of the BNSF Railroad Police Department".

5 of the 6 references are NOT for the BNSF Police (which was established in 1995); rather, they're for the ATSF, CBQ, FWD, NP, and SLSF police.

While those are the police departments of the corporate predecessors to BNSF, they are not actually part of the BNSF Police, and therefore, I think, should not be included in the article.

One of the references is actually for BNSF, but only includes the death of a dog, not an officer, which may or may not be notable for inclusion in the article.

Thanks, Ironmatic1 (talk) 05:21, 13 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Ironmatic1: Hey, I wasn't aware they where from predecessors rather than the BNSF itself, I didn't notice the "Since the establishment of" part and the actual dates. (As a sidenote, the article doesn't mention the establishment date.) WesGeek (talk) 14:20, 15 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
