The article looked mostly the same as it was at deletion, so I ended up deleting it. At this point you really need to discuss notability and recreation with the admin who closed the deletion discussion, Malcolmxl5. Recreating it isn't really a good idea so soon after it was deleted (twice) only a few months ago, since you can end up "poisoning the well" so to speak. If Malcolmxl5 doesn't restore the article and you think that the close on either AfD wasn't done properly (since he did both AfDs) then you need to take this up to WP:DRV. • You also need to be very, very careful about how you phrase things in the article since at times it came across a little promotional. You might have done this in an attempt to try to emphasize his notability, however it still came across as promotional. ArbCom 2017 election voter message

Hello, Wbballplayer13. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
