Tamil gangs article[edit]

I didn't understnad the purpose of this article. However until I have read it fully, I am not going to change anything.

I had a look at this in the article talk page. You must first understand that WP articles are not owned by anyone. It is a community project and anyone can edit and change the articles. Please see the guide to Wikipedia for more information on the nature of the project and the guideline. If an editor wants to change anything in the article, they will go ahead and do it. Don't expect them to email the changes to you!!

I am just busy outside of Wikipedia, so I don't really have time to delve into this right now.
