Recent edit to O. Rajagopal[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that you made a change to an article, O. Rajagopal, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! October 2015[edit]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Jim Carter 16:24, 25 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Jayaraj Warrier requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. April 2016[edit]

Information icon Hello. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Vijay (actor) seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. August 2016[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Sayed Umerali Shihab Thangal. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 22:24, 11 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

November 2016[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Robert Wadlow. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

  • Not only was it unsourced, it was incorrect.

Twinless twin[edit]

Hi, with no reference, and no article for either person listed in your addition, I thought it felt short of worthiness of inclusion in that list, so I removed it. This is a rationale I apply to most lists otherwise where do we draw the line at inclusion? Let me know your thoughts if you agree/disagree. Rayman60 (talk) 20:59, 27 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for October 8[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Indian family names, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Pillai (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Request reason:

I have tried my best to add references, and has even added my own references. I now try to make pages only with references. It's just because of some other matter that you have blocked me now. Please unblock me. There is no need for blocking me now. I want to edit pages, and to add more references. The article of Guruvayur Temple in English is written with some partiality, but still lacks many important points of the temple, like the glory of the idol, the main features and festivals. I hail from the South Indian state of Kerala, where Guruvayur is located. In fact, it is just 20 km from my home, and I have visited there hundreds of times since my childhood, and I know many stories about it. I was just adding those stories with references.

Decline reason:

I took a look at a number of your most recent edits. None of them provided any references at all. And your claim that you know many stories about the temple is deeply concerning. Your block is quite literally because of your persistent addition of unsourced content. That you know many stories is not relevant. You are required to provide reliable citations, which you've been totally failing to do. Yamla (talk) 12:44, 18 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

K. Veeramani (singer) moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, K. Veeramani (singer), does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your draft article, Draft:K. Veeramani (singer)[edit]

Hello, Vishalsathyan19952099. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "K. Veeramani".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Speedy deletion nomination of Sundaranarayana[edit]

Hello Vishalsathyan19952099,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Sundaranarayana for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Deletion discussion about Sundaranarayana[edit]

Hello Vishalsathyan19952099, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

While your contributions are appreciated, I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Sundaranarayana, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Sundaranarayana.

Deletion discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. Our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. The most common issue in these discussions is notability, but it's not the only aspect that may be discussed; read the nomination and any other comments carefully before you contribute to the discussion. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|TheLonelyPather}}. And don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!
