What staff members do after they leave the school does not belong in the article. And for that matter, what staff members do on their own time does to belong in the article either unless it happened at a school function or involved the school's students. If you wan to discuss whether the the contested content should be included in the contested material on the talk page article then link to the edit and discuss it. BLP policy is very clear about things like arrests of school staff members. If you keep trying to memorialize the arrest of an otherwise non-notable person, you will face sanctions.
