You have now created create a new user account for NFPF. Not only are your articles unencyclopedic, they would seem to compromise the security of the Police National Network. It appears that you've recreated the article at NFPF Password Reset; at first I thought the article might just be an overly detailed set of technical instructions, or some sort of advertising, but when "NFPF Password Reset" provided no Google hits, and I came across this talk page, I became less sure of the situation. Sorry, this article was already deleted a few times and it still had no context whatsoever. Please bear some of the following facts in mind:

1. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, therefore, content should be encyclopaedic and not how-to-guideific in nature. See what Wikipedia is not.
2. The article didn't provide much context at all. Every article should provide some idea on what the article is supposed to be about, so that the first thoughts of whoever reads the article is not "what the heck is this, then, something about password resetting and Windows?" =)

Glad to be of any service. Since blanking your own page is a pretty obvious attempt to delete it, I took the liberty of adding {{db-author}} to the top of the page (if a page's sole contributor requests that the page be deleted, it qualifies for speedy deletion). In the future, where you've just created an article and want it gone, that method should work fine; otherwise, there's always the usual WP:AFD procedures. The page itself has been deleted, and its edit history is no longer visible. I'm not sure if there's anything else you'd be worried about; as you've probably noticed, all of the links to that article have turned red, which means they lead to a non-existing page. I have now deleted all your images. Please leave your requests for deletion visible on this page - they provide the authorisation for the deletes that I did.

Hint: screen images should be stored using a lossless format such as PNG. Storing them as JPEG's tends to give a "fuzzy" appearance - the technical term is "artifacts".

I was puzzled by this edit. The existence of the NFPF is public information and I am paying for it so there is no need to suppress the link. To answer my own question above as to why few Google hits: the NFPF is essentially just an Home Office internal name. There is plenty published about it, see for example this page, they just don't use the term NFPF very much. -- RHaworth 00:39, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
