User Page issue[edit]

FYI, your {{babel}} module on your user page is causing the page to populate redirected categories. You should examine the code on the page and make any necessary repairs. Best, UnitedStatesian (talk) 03:29, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@UnitedStatesian: According to the instructions on the Babel Extension, the code is correct. This is a widely used extension coded by Wikipedia/Wikimedia (I am using also this module on several other projects without any categorization issues). The error appears to be in the configuration of the categories on English Wikipedia. Apparently the categories were changed at some point after the initial implementation of the extension. However, the persons changing the categories on this localization did not also change the configuration of the extension on this server. I do not have access to server level configuration commands (LocalSettings.php), therefore I am unable to assist you with changing the automatically generated categories myself. -Vandraedha (talk|contribs) 06:01, 15 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
