Michael Harris[edit]

The reason your article can't be disambiguated as "Canadian author" is that both Michael Harris (poet) and Michael Harris (journalist) are also Canadian authors. We can discuss a different disambiguator if "editor" is genuinely problematic — but you would need to propose it for discussion through the requested moves process rather than moving the article yourself, because we have to choose a job description that can only mean you. We absolutely cannot choose any term that could also refer to either of the other two Canadian Michael Harrises — it has to be a term that means you and only you and nobody else. Okay, thanks. I don't know if using your middle name is ideal, because it doesn't actually appear on your book covers as far as I know so most people wouldn't organically know to look for you that way — but you're right, I truly can't think of any other answer that keeps you fully differentiated from the other two either.
