Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I'd first of all like to apologize for not informing you of the deletion. Thank you for contacting me, and I probably should have contacted you. If you would like the article undeleted, I would suggest looking at the deletion review process. It is the best place for such requests, and it will of course be treated fairly. However, one of the problems was the company's notability. I also suggest you read Wikipedia's notability guidelines, and Wikipedia's conflict of interest guidelines. Vpmi Article - Second Request for a Reply

Dear Keilana, I am writing to request that the article for Vpmi be restored. You identified it as spam. The article is about a notable project management tool. The language used in writing the article was taken primarily from 3rd party articles in relevant technology publications about the Vpmi solution (see reference section of article). In addition, the software is referenced and talked about at length in two books that are currently used by classrooms across the country for educating graduate students on project and portfolio management (also included as links in the reference section of the article). By all accounts this article is relevant and should be restored. It has been on Wikipedia for months and was not challenged by anyone monitoring its presence on the List of Project Management Software, which is a page that gets considerable attention. Please reply as soon as possible. I am surprised that subsequent posts to your talk page have been answered while my request was not addressed. I also have reviewed the contents of the deleted article, support its deletion and agree with the reasoning given above. Your contributions, consist entirely of promoting Vpmi. It is quite evident that this account is only contributing to Wikipedia in order to promote Vpmi/ [1]. Few people will edit tendentiously or argue ad nauseum topics in which they have no connection. The bigger picture clearly shows someone who is using Wikipedia to promote their own interests.--Hu12 (talk) 23:04, 24 December 2007 (UTC)

First of all, I am not willing to undelete the article, the place for that is deletion review. In order for the article to be kept, it must be written neutrally and must be notable and verifiable. I have reviewed the article, and much of the language was not neutral, and the article did not assert the subject's notability.
