I've also had to delete File:Alex Box During 2009 Regionals.jpg as it was licensed for non-commercial use only- sorry. To count as "free", an image must not have any copyright constraints preventing it being freely used or modified by anyone, even for commercial reasons. Sadly, there's no way of verifying that- if you upload Flickr images to Commons, a bot will verify it, so even if the user later changes the license, it can be kept. J Milburn (talk) 19:40, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
